Dr. Russell "Rusty" Harms is a native of Brazil, IN. He attended Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana, where he received a bachelors degree in biology. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania followed by a 3-year residency at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. He currently resides in Avon, IN with his wife Jill and son William. |
