Dr. Miranda Goodale grew up in New Hampshire. She received her BA in psychology through the Pre-Med program at Boston College. She graduated from Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. It was during her time in Chicago that she met her husband, Jeff Etling, a Terre Haute native.

She completed a two year podiatric medical and surgical residency at St Vincent Hospital in Worcester (“Wooster”) Massachusetts. She opened Clay County Podiatry in June 2006, as the first full time podiatrist in Clay County.  Dr. Goodale resides in Brazil with her husband and daughters Vivian, Lucinda, and Veronica.

Presently, Dr. Goodale is a past-president of the Brazil Rotary Club and is part of the Clay Flyers Relay for Life team.  She and her husband are also active at Annunciation Church in Brazil.
